Mr Sibongiseni Mduduzi Maseko is a professional Town and Regional Planner. He holds a master’s degree in Town and Regional Planning, and he completed the Executive Development Programme with the UNISA School of Business Leadership. He has extensive experience in various aspects of town and regional planning including integrated development planning, spatial planning, land use management, layout design, research, housing (human settlements), local economic development, and project management. He has worked across the spheres of government as a service provider (Consultant). He is the Director of Isibuko Development Planners cc, a company that he established in 2001.
