Professor Susan Bouillon
Prof Susan Bouillon is the founder and Executive Head of the Delacon Group, a consultancy firm that specialises in town planning matters, Planning and Heritage Law and management of firefighting equipment.

Her qualifications include Juris (B.Juris), Baccalaureus Legum (LL.B), Magister Legum (LL.M) and Doctor Legum (LL.D)(Planning Law) and she therefore specialises in Planning Law, Municipal Law, Heritage Law, Integrated Development Planning and Town Planning Matters.

She is serving on various statutory boards such as the Construction Industry Development Board (Ministerial Appointee) where she holds the position of Deputy Chairperson. She serves on the Audit, Risk and Governance Committee, Ad Hoc Committee as well as the Human Resource Committee of the Entity. Previously she served as a Board member (Ministerial Appointee) of the South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA)(SoE and Schedule 3A public entity) appointed by the Minister for Arts and Culture in terms of the National Heritage Resources Act 25 of 1999 (2016-2022) where she held the position of Chairperson.

She also served as Deputy-Chairperson and later Chairperson of the Provincial Heritage Resources Authority of Gauteng (PHRA-G) appointed by the MEC for Recreation, Sport Arts and Culture in terms of the National Heritage Resources Act 25 of 1999 (2009-2020). Prof Bouillon also has knowledge of other boards which are not public entities as she has served as Trustee and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees Keyhealth Medical Scheme as well as Chairperson (2021/2022) and Deputy Chairperson (2022/2023) and Director of the Irene Landowners Association.

She is an Extraordinary Associate Professor in the Law Faculty at the University of North West (Potchefstroom Campus)(Planning Law) since 2014 as well as a part time lecturer at University of Pretoria (Tukkies).
